The latest event in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 gives players a chance to earn a new perk, a weapon attachment for the Tanto .22, and a new marksman rifle for use across all game types—Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone. Shadow Event is an in-game event for Black Ops 6 that runs from February 13 to February 20. This event adds six in-game challenges you can complete in Multiplayer, Zombies, or Warzone. Each challenge you complete will unlock a new cosmetic, XP token, or even equipment. Complete all six challenges to unlock the new TR2 marksman rifle, otherwise known as the FAL.

Should you miss this event, the TR2 will become available through the Armory Unlock system.

Unlike past events, Shadow Hunt's challenges are divided into three categories, one for each game mode. You only need to complete one challenge per reward to unlock it; you don't need to complete all three. For example, if you want the new Slipstream perk, you could get five melee kills in MP, 200 melee kills in Zombies, or perform a melee kill in Warzone. Pick the challenges that best suit you.

There are six rewards you'll earn during the Shadow Hunt event, each tied to three unique challenges. Complete any of the three challenges to unlock your event reward. Once you unlock all six rewards, you'll also get the TR2 marksman rifle. Blackcell owners will also get a unique skin for the Bayan operator upon completing this event.
