The 2.0.2e hotfix is now live for all players:


  • Enhanced stability improvements have been made.


  • Crafting notifications for runes will now clearly display what is being crafted alongside the runes used.


  • The recipes for crafting random runes at the jeweler now specify which runes are required for each recipe.


  • The tooltip for swapping runes and gems in sockets has been updated to read "swap" instead of "socket" for clarity.


  • Updates have been made to tooltips for runes and runewords to better convey their effects.


  • The masterworking tooltip now indicates that items require two rounds of tempering before they can be masterworked.


  • Crafting material tooltips and icons have been refreshed for easier readability.


  • Infernal Hordes and Kurast Undercity have been elevated to the top tier of activities in the party finder menu, sharing space with notable locations like The Pit and Dark Citadel.


  • The glyph socket icon has been redesigned for better visual distinction in paragon boards.


  • The non-physical damage stat has been removed from the character stats interface.


  • Damage numbers in combat text are now abbreviated for simplicity.


  • Example: 10,000 damage will now show as 10k damage.


  • Exciting new Nahantu-themed loading screens have been introduced.


  • Rewards for successful runs in Kurast Undercity have been enhanced.


  • Players can now expect a greater variety of random item drops.


  • A guaranteed drop of at least one legendary item is now in place.


  • Gold drops have seen a significant increase, doubling in quantity.


  • Minions associated with the extra health monster affix will no longer appear.


  • Bosses and greater afflicted monsters have had their health pools reduced for better balance with similar dungeon challenges.


  • The spawn frequency for afflicted super elites compared to regular elites has been fine-tuned.


  • The number of normal monster mobs spawned during the Spirit Beacon encounter has been slightly decreased for improved objective clarity.


  • Adjustments have been made to timers.- The base run initiation time has been extended from 100 seconds to 120 seconds without any tribute applied.


  • Regular elites that are afflicted now offer a time bonus of 10 seconds, up from the previous 8 seconds.


  • Super elites in an afflicted state now provide a 15-second time bonus, increased from 14 seconds.


  • Players can now acquire tributes of titans even outside of boss defeats.


  • Rare tributes will have an enhanced drop rate throughout the game, while other rarity drop rates remain unchanged.


  • Updates for the realmwalker event include:


  • The presence of a single follower will no longer decrease spawns.


  • Maximum simultaneous spawns have been increased to 20, previously limited to 15.


  • The realmwalker’s base movement speed has seen an increase of approximately 15%.


  • Successfully defeating a wave of bloodbound guardians boosts the realmwalker’s speed by 10% for each wave, adding to the base speed increase.


  • There is now a slight chance for the realmwalker to summon a treasure goblin.


  • One hatred spire has been removed from the ritual phase during the event in Nahantu. However, three hatred spires will still spawn in Estuar, the continent featuring the five regions of Diablo IV’s base game.


  • The hatred rising icon has been eliminated from the map; players will now locate the realmwalker using the event icon.


  • Various adjustments have been made to expedite the event progress.


  • The overheating aspect now scales according to incinerate skill ranks.


  • The charged flash aspect now scales with charged bolts skill ranks.


Doombringer
- All attributes have been enhanced from 114 to 160.


Shattered Vow
- Life has increased from 444 to 1,200.


The Grandfather
- Life has significantly risen from 662 to 1,800. - All stats have escalated from 150 to 220.


Shroud of False Death
- Life increased from 222 to 800. - All stats improved from 111 to 160.


Nesekem, the Herald
- Life raised from 464 to 1,200.


Harlequin Crest
- Life has increased from 465 to 800.


Andariel's Visage
- All stats boosted from 77 to 110. - The minimum damage values for legendary elemental surge tempering affixes have been upgraded from 300 to 900 damage, with maximum values remaining the same.


  • New graphics options introduced include:
  • A toggle for chromatic aberration.
  • An ultra setting for ray tracing reflections.The recent update, Patch 2.0.3, released on October 17th, brings several noteworthy changes and improvements:


  • The weekly cache from the Dark Citadel now offers an increased number of restoration scrolls. Previously, players could expect 1-2 scrolls across all torment levels.


  • Here’s the new breakdown for torment difficulties:


  • Torment I: 1-2 scrolls
  • Torment II: 2 scrolls
  • Torment III: 2-3 scrolls
  • Torment IV: 3 scrolls


  • Additionally, several items that were unavailable in Patch 2.0.2 have now been activated:


  • Aspect of the Agile Wolf
  • Azurewrath
  • Frostburn
  • Shroud of False Death


  • A new whisper objective has been introduced for those completing wings in the Dark Citadel.


  • For players reaching Paragon level 300, a new mount trophy has been added as a reward.


  • Super elite monsters will now yield more loot, increasing their drop rate from 1-2 times that of elite monsters to a significant 3 times.


  • Elite monsters possessing the waller affix will cast fewer walls, with the duration of these walls reduced from 5 seconds to 3 seconds.


  • The amount of barrier Varshan gains while summoning extra monsters and during cone wave attacks has also been decreased.


Several bugs and issues have been addressed: - The selection requirement for Kurast Undercity has been corrected to no longer require level 15. - The highlight function on controllers will no longer disappear when navigating drop-down menus in the party finder. - Quick list options are now available for legion events, realmwaker, and helltide activities. - Navigation issues with controllers after joining full parties have been fixed. - The requirement for completing the introduction quest for Kurast Undercity and Infernal Hordes has been resolved. - Description labels in the party finder menu will now function correctly upon opening. - The label for Vessel of Hatred has been removed from the party finder. - Controller focus issues after joining through party finder affecting cursor navigation have been fixed. - The search reset issue after using the expansion dropdown has been corrected. - The pit tier selection tooltip has been updated to reflect accurate information. - Tooltips now correctly indicate that torment difficulties unlock pit mastery. - Campaign progress visibility in the Hall of Fallen Heroes has been improved. - Visual effects for several incenses will no longer persist after their duration ends. - Tooltips regarding possible affixes during item enchanting have been updated for accuracy.
