Islamabad was founded in 1748 by Mir Qasim Khan Durrani, who became the first Muslim ruler of British India. The city quickly grew into a major centre for education, commerce, politics, and culture. Today, Islamabad is a modern city with many impressive landmarks and attractions.
The primary attraction in Islamabad is the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, which is one of the largest mosques in the world. Other popular attractions include the Margalla Hills National Park and Gardens, Lake Saif Uddin, Lal Masjid Fort, Palais Royal Hotel, Murree Garden Estate, and many other museums and galleries.
Islamabad also has an excellent infrastructure that includes several universities, hospitals, shopping malls, cinemas, parks and gardens. The city is well connected to other parts of Pakistan by roadways as well as airways.

There is no definitive answer to this question as prices can vary greatly depending on the type of accommodation and the amenities that are included. However, here are some rough estimates for monthly living costs in Islamabad:
-A furnished one-bedroom apartment in a popular district such as Gulberg or Iqbal City will cost around Rs. 10,000-15,000 (US$ 150-250) per month.
-A three-bedroom apartment in a more upscale area such as Gulshan-e-Iqbal or Landhi Town will cost around Rs. 25,000 (US$ 350) - Rs. 35,000 (US$ 450) per month.
