Speaking on the latest installment on Hot Ones, Post Malone was asked about his love of video games, and specifically when it comes to music. In response D2R Ladder Items, Malone asked host Sean Evans to confirm if he was taking part in Elden Ring for himself. Evans replied that he had not however, which led to Malone making the suggestion to play the game. In spite of this, however, Post Malone explained that basically he has to turn the music off while performing Elden Ring because it stresses him out .

"I turn the music all the way down (in Elden Ring] because it is insane. It's actually like choirs not of angels, [but] of demons. And they're like, 'We're going toyour *** up.' It's impossible to survive," Post Malone said of the game's soundtrack. "After an event I'm like shaking like this , and I'm required to go out and smoke and I'm like, 'I have to decompress.'"

He specifically cited titles like Skyrim, The Legend of Zelda and Mario Bros. as just one of his favorites. While it's true that the Elden Ring score might be a bit too much for him to manage at times, it sounds as if he's not someone who's willing to put off the music in the game all the time.
