The service is slow but friendly and the bar is pretty cool.

The Maritime Market Grocery is the best Bald Head Island restaurant to pick up groceries for your vacation rental on Bald Head Island. It offers a great selection of premium coffee and drinks as well as some delicious pastries. It’s a small store, but it’s well worth the stop!

The Grille at Bald Head Island Club is a full- or temporary membership club dining venue. It has incredible ocean views and a delightful menu of grilled steaks and fresh fish dishes. It’s one of the best Bald Head Island restaurants. The Sandbar Grille is a pool-side eatery that has great sandwiches and salads, plus frozen cocktails and ice cream.
