These questions are not difficult, so it'll be hard to do it wrong! After going through that hard process, you'll be teleported to Falador together with "Jimmy's bike". It is not able to be dropped and destroyed, instead it will be destroyed. It will fall apart on after the event has ended So don't think about keeping it! No, you cannot use it to ride around.

Take a stroll around and look for the event's icon on the minimap. You'll meet new people who are at the icons. Talk to them and persuade them to present you with presents.
