In any condition, if your Linksys device stops working or starts performing slowly, there might be some faults in it. Your extender might be placed too far from the router or there are electrical appliances near the extender. The other reason can be a weak connection between them or excessive users on the network. So, if you are unable to find a source of the error then, just reboot the extender once. But, if the error still keeps occurring then, reset the older configured settings and do the Linksys re7000 setup again. Either choose the reset process from the web interference or use the reset button from the extender. Click on the Factory Default option from the web management window and let the browser perform the process. Press the reset button on the contrary for the same process and do the setup again.
