The unusual transfer market behaviour meant that it was typically practical and affordable to add good promo players to your team, even within a few days of their debut. It could still be the case with FIFA 23, but for now the best Ones to Watch players are going to cost you a huge premium. Given that they have currently had no enhancements at all which is why it's hard to advocate spending coins on them.
