Mission 4: To catch a Thief. You must go to OSRS GP Port Sarim Jail for this mission. Talk to the thief inside the cell. He will in the end reveal that he had hidden some expensive loot. The thief won't discuss the matter, as only his companion knows where the location is. Choose Follow to find the lvl16 Thief who is in Port Sarim. He will eventually stand in the front of the bizarre statue that is located in Port Sarim. To retrieve the loot, use a spade and dig after he has gone. Then return it to Tiffy Cashien

Rain isn't always possible in all locations. It is dry in the desert. It would also not be rain in any of the buildings including castles, homes, etc. Caves mines, volcanoes, mines would also be clear of rain.

Another idea, as stated in the previous paragraph, would be how hard is it to rain, and in what areas? In deserts, it would be just a drizzle. In swamps, it could be showering, while in cities it would be moderate rain. Thunderstorms are also cool. You would hear sound effects of thunder and lightning would flash every now and then (again depending on where you are.) I don't believe it would be a problem, since in games where lightning flashes, it only lights things up to a certain extent.

The Description of the Emote is as the following: A Three-Headed Abomination appears, and strikes a 40 on the Player who is unharmed. After that, Elite 10th Gladiator Armour is equipped, and the player one-hit kills the abomination leaving a huge pile of bones. Then, he flexes and the armour unequips.
