ConcentricButterflyValveFactory Concentric PTFE seated butterfly valves WAFER ENDS GZP Concentric PTFE seated butterfly valves for food processing, chemical, and sanitary applications Designed one or Two Piece body Wafer Style Lug Style Cartridge Seat Thin Profile Disc ISO mounting and Shaft Rated to 150 psi Vacuum Rated One piece wafer and lugged body for strength and stability in extreme environments. Heavy duty top plate is drilled and slotted to ISO 5211 and other existing valve drillings, thus allowing ease of automation and interchangeability. Two part polyester coated body provides a tough and durable coating against corrosion. All 316 stainless steel discs are polished to a mirror finish. Discs have a streamlined design, providing higher Cv and lower pressure drop. Oversized shafts allow for greater strength and thus more stability to the disc. A high strength machined Double D connection ensures a positive shaft-to-disc connection. PTFE and elastomer are both vulcanized to a rigid phenolic ring. This cartridge seat provides a stable platform, eliminating movement of the PTFE and elastomer. Torque fluctuation is eliminated by the consistent conformity of the seat, provided for by the cartridge design. Cartridge design allows for full field replacement. The Flow Line shaft seal is achieved through a continuous pressure exerted from the flatted area of the seat to the machined flatted area of the disc. Live loaded stem sealing system. Benefit is atmospheric sealing integrity and no manual adjustment over the life of the valve. Low torque. Benefit is smaller operators taking up less space, ease of operation and cost savings with less expensive automation packages. Improved disc design leading to less deflection at higher pressures and tighter in-line seal ISO 5211 Actuator Mounting Pad for standardized actuator mounting Live loaded self-adjusting shaft seal with triple O-ring protection Blow-out proof shaft design for additional operator safety Extended body and disc liner above the shaft seals provide optimum protection of the O ring shaft seals from corrosive media PTFE atmospheric seal protects internal components from atmospheric corrosion and provides locating ring for actuator mounting Fully encapsulated bottom shaft eliminates potential leak path at bottom of valve and eliminates the necessity for further sealing elements Wafer-style butterfly valve The wafer style butterfly valve is designed to maintain a seal against bi-directional pressure differential to prevent any backflow in systems designed for unidirectional flow. It accomplishes this with a tightly fitting seal; i.e., gasket, o-ring, precision machined, and a flat valve face on the upstream and downstream sides of the valve. Lug-style butterfly valve Lug-style valves have threaded inserts at both sides of the valve body. This allows them to be installed into a system using two sets of bolts and no nuts. The valve is installed between two flanges using a separate set of bolts for each flange. This setup permits either side of the piping system to be disconnected without disturbing the other side. A lug-style butterfly valve used in dead end service generally has a reduced pressure rating. For example, a lug-style butterfly valve mounted between two flanges has a 1,000 kPa (150 psi ) pressure rating. The same valve mounted with one flange, in dead end service, has a 520 kPa (75 psi) rating. Lugged valves are extremely resistant to chemicals and solvents and can handle temperatures up to 200 掳C, which makes it a versatile solution. FAQ Q: What鈥檚 the guarantee time for products?
