ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration has notified a revised down payment plan for the Park View City housing project, whereby bookings for residential plots will now start from Rs5 million.
According to the revised plan, the minimum size of a residential plot has been increased from 5 marlas to 10 marlas.
Under the new plan, the payment for a 10 marla plot will be Rs5 million followed by four quarterly instalments of Rs1.25 million each. Similarly, the price of a 1 kanal plot has been fixed at Rs10 million, with instalments of Rs2.5 million to be paid quarterly.
The revised plan also includes a new category of 5 kanal plots, which will be available for Rs50 million. The down payment for these plots will be Rs25 million, with the remaining amount to be paid in eight quarterly instalments of Rs5 million each.
The ICT administration has also notified a revised payment plan for the commercial plots in the housing scheme.
Under the new plan, the minimum size of a commercial plot has been increased from 4 kanals to 8 kanals. The price of an 8 kanal commercial plot has been fixed at Rs200 million, with a down payment of Rs100 million and eight quarterly instalments of Rs15 million each.
