It also specifies the level of technical support your business is supposed to get based on the severity and complexity of the technical issue your business is undergoing. The second key component of any Technical Support Plan is the Issue Tracking and Ticketing System. This is a process that makes things easier for the IT experts. They install and implement a unique tracking system that helps them monitor the entire IT system and detect potential issues. They make use of unique identifiers to make things easier for resolution.
