Explore northeast in another huge cavern to take down the next group of Brigands. In the most northern part of the cave is the ninth seed. It's at the top of a massive, red-clothed construction near the edge of cliffs.

Take a turn to the southeast, and you will find this cavern to avoid the inevitable battle between brigands. In the northern part of the cavern, you will find two barrels and an uninvolved prisoner. You must destroy the barrels in order to uncover the 10th seed which is now clearly visible.
